Our story
Sun and Sky Real Estate (Sun And Sky Emlakçılık Ltd. Şti.) is an Istanbul real estate agency founded in 2013. From the start our work has focused on one group of clients: buyers from abroad who want to buy an apartment in Istanbul, as a home, as an investment or as a route to a residence permit or Turkish citizenship.
Buying property in another country means unfamiliar rules, a different language and a lot of paperwork. We take care of the practical side: we shortlist projects that fit your budget and goals, arrange viewings in person or by live video, check the documents, coordinate the title deed transfer at the land registry and help with the residence permit or citizenship application that follows.
We advise clients in English and Persian, and we publish project videos on our YouTube channels in English, Persian and Arabic.
How we work
Before you commit, we explain prices, fees and rules clearly and in writing, and we tell you openly when a project does not meet the residence permit or citizenship criteria. After the purchase we stay available for the practical side of owning a home in Istanbul: utility subscriptions, insurance, furnishing and property management.
