Istanbul projects for Turkish citizenship by investment

Foreigners can apply for Turkish citizenship by buying property worth at least USD 400,000 and keeping it for three years; the value has to be confirmed by a licensed valuation report. This page lists the Istanbul projects we mark as suitable for citizenship whose starting price is already USD 400,000 or more, so a single unit can reach the threshold. Eligibility always depends on the specific unit, its valuation and its title deed, and the rules can change, so check the exact unit with us and an independent lawyer before you commit. Projects with lower starting prices may also have larger units above the threshold.

We currently list 18 projects here, with starting prices from $440,000. 10 of them are ready to move into. They are in Eyüpsultan, Ümraniye, Şişli, Bağcılar, Sarıyer, Ataşehir, Kartal, Silivri, Beşiktaş, Zeytinburnu and Bakırköy.

Each price on this page is a starting price, usually for the smallest unit; larger units, higher floors and better views cost more. Prices, payment terms and availability change, so ask us for the current price list before you decide.
