User Data Deletion Instructions

1. What this covers

Sun & Sky Real Estate does not offer a "Log in with Facebook" feature and does not run a Facebook app that users install. We receive data from Meta platforms only when you contact our official Facebook page, Instagram account or WhatsApp Business number. You can ask us to delete:

• messages, comments, voice notes, photos and documents you sent us;
• your name, username, profile identifiers and contact details we stored;
• property preferences and notes recorded about your enquiry;
• AI assistant conversation history linked to you.

2. How to request deletion

• By e-mail: write to info@sunandskyrealestate.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
• By WhatsApp: send "Data deletion request" in the same WhatsApp conversation you used to contact us.
• By Instagram or Messenger: send "Data deletion request" in the same conversation you used to contact us.

Please include the channel you used (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, website or e-mail) and your username, phone number or e-mail address so that we can find your records. We may ask for limited additional information to confirm that the request comes from you. Never send a password, one-time code or full payment card details.

3. What happens next

• We confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days.
• We delete or anonymise the data in our systems, including our AI assistant records and our service providers' systems, within 30 days at the latest and tell you when it is done.
• Backups are overwritten in their normal cycle and are not used in the meantime.

4. Data we may have to keep

We may keep certain data where the law requires it or where it is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, for example contracts, invoices, accounting records and anti-money-laundering identification records. In that case we keep only what is necessary, restrict its use, and tell you which data was kept and why.

5. Data held by Meta

Deleting a conversation in your own app does not delete the copy we received, and our deletion does not remove data Meta holds about your account. To manage data held by Meta, use the settings in Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, or Meta's own privacy tools. You can also block or stop messaging our accounts at any time.
