Istanbul apartments for a residence permit through property

Buying a home in Turkey can be the basis for a short-term residence permit application. In Istanbul the value recorded on the title deed has to be at least USD 200,000, and the property has to be completed with a full title deed (kat mülkiyeti), and be in a neighbourhood that is open to new foreign residents. This page lists completed projects starting from USD 200,000 that we currently mark as suitable for an application. Neighbourhood quotas and rules change, so confirm the status of the exact unit and its title deed with us before you buy; the application is decided by the migration authorities and a purchase does not guarantee approval.
