Booking Hotel / Airport Transfer

Stay wherever you like, or let us arrange discounted partner hotels and a comfortable airport pickup.

When you visit Turkey to view properties, your comfort matters. At Sun and Sky Real Estate, we want you to feel free — stay wherever you prefer, explore at your own pace, and enjoy the experience. However, if you would like assistance with accommodation and transport, we are happy to help.

You Are Free to Stay Anywhere

There is no obligation to use our hotel or transfer services. Many of our clients book their own accommodation through platforms like Booking.com or Airbnb, and that works perfectly. We support your independence and will coordinate property viewings around your schedule regardless of where you stay.

Discounted Partner Hotels

If you prefer the convenience of a pre-arranged stay, we have partnerships with carefully selected hotels in Istanbul, Antalya, Bodrum, Fethiye, and other key regions. Our partner hotels offer:

  • Preferred rates — Discounted pricing negotiated exclusively for Sun and Sky clients
  • Quality assurance — Hotels we know and trust, personally vetted by our team
  • Convenient locations — Close to our property viewing areas and local amenities
  • Flexible booking — Short stays for quick visits or extended stays for thorough exploration

    • Airport Transfer Service

Arriving in a new country can be overwhelming. Our airport transfer service ensures a smooth start to your visit:

  • Personal greeting — A driver will meet you at the arrivals hall with your name
  • Direct to your hotel — No navigating public transport or negotiating taxi fares
  • Comfortable vehicles — Clean, air-conditioned cars or vans depending on your group size
  • Return transfer — We can arrange your departure transfer as well

    • How to Arrange

Simply let us know your travel dates when scheduling your property viewing trip. We will:

    1. Confirm available partner hotel options and rates for your dates

    2. Arrange airport pickup with your flight details

    3. Coordinate your property viewing itinerary around your stay

There is no additional service fee for booking assistance — this is part of our commitment to a complete, stress-free experience.
