Some nationality and regional restrictions apply (for example, Syrian citizens cannot buy directly), so we check each buyer's eligibility case by case before any payment.
No. Property prices are the same for everyone. Foreign buyers and Turkish citizens pay identical market rates for real estate in Turkey.
It can be, but returns are never guaranteed. Gross rental yields in Istanbul are typically 6–10%, depending on the district, the unit and how it is rented. Prices, currency movements and costs all affect the result, so we go through the numbers for each project with you.

Prices vary widely by city and district. The new-build Istanbul projects we currently offer start from about $155,000, and we always quote starting prices ("from"). For a residence permit the title deed value must be at least $200,000, and for citizenship the total purchase must be at least $400,000.
